Conclusion
The Hot Rod Deville with the Strat
We have now used this amp a few times at gigs, and it sounds awesome with the Strat! It is also considerably lighter than our Twin Reverb with the two EV 12" speakers, and yet plenty loud enough. The second cab is pretty much ready for the second chassis, which is waiting to be modded. This one will be modded with the same Fromel kit, and setup with the same speaker configuration as this one. One nice feature of these amps is the Pre-amp out, Poweramp in, which would allow us to stack these two if we ever need more power.
